I’m always curious to hear about a new Italian restaurant. Especially when it’s run by a world famous Chef, who’s bringing something a little different to the cuisine.
Today, Bella Cosa launches in the South Quay at Canary Wharf, headed up by Executive Chef Kentaro Torii, renowned by food critics in the US and Italy for his Japanese approach to Italian cuisine. His culinary style combines generations of Italian traditions with modern techniques, as well as Japanese rigor and precision, which results in dishes like this..
