Whether you’re city staycationing, theatre spectating, or simply looking for a luxury stay after a shopping spree and night on the town, Courthouse Hotel is the perfect place to stay.
Located in the heart of London, this five star hotel stands where fashionable Soho and the theatrical West End meet. Being walking distance from London’s finest shopping streets, tourist attractions and theatres, it’s even just a hop, skip and a jump from the famous Liberty London department store.
I was lucky enough to experience The Courthouse Hotel after a long day at work (literally right around the corner, uhh the convenience).
Although it sometimes feels like summer came and went in the blink of an eye, when the sun does come out, the Soho Sky terrace is the perfect place to catch some rays with a cocktail in hand. If you get a little peckish but you don’t want to face the city crowds, I thoroughly recommend the in-house Silk restaurant; delicious, fresh and surprisingly well priced for a five star hotel, along with very generous servings. And if you fancy unwinding after a long day exploring London’s streets, the bar has a great lounging vibe with modern electric interior.
Well, it wouldn’t be a luxury stay without a cocktail for a nightcap, would it?
After a full day and night of activities, it’s time your head hit the pillow, in what I can only say was the best bed I’ve ever slept on – not only ridiculously comfortable, but BIG. It could have literally fit five of me in there. Now, if that doesn’t make your stay, I don’t know what will.
The style and sophistication of the interior even makes up for the lack of a stunning view, which is easily forgiven when you’re in the middle of a built up city.
If you haven’t gathered by now, I would highly recommend the Courthouse Hotel for location, comfort and style. The staff are so friendly and willing to help with any information you need about exploring the surrounding area.
I can’t wait to stay at the majestic Courthouse Hotel again.
