In my opinion there is no better way to spend a Sunday than eating, and what better to eat than a Sunday roast. Nestled right in the heart of Chelsea lies No.11 Pimlico Road.

The independent neighbourhood bar and restaurant has a contemporary interior, with tables topped with zinc, wood and marble set against a fresh palette of raspberry, eau-de-Nil and grey walls, very inviting and a perfect back drop for relaxed eating and drinking.

My friend and I were seated at the window, my favourite spot as I love people watching, especially in Chelsea! We started with drinks and hands down our favourite was the Elderflower and Earl Grey Fizz, so refreshing and a perfect Sunday cocktail.

Everything on the menu looked incredible but I was here for one thing and one thing only, the highly recommended roast. I decided on the 28 Day Aged Topside of Beef, with Yorkshire pudding, honey Chantenay carrots, spring cabbage and duck fat potatoes- um yummm. My friend had the grilled sea bass with pea puree which was also delicious. To share we couldn’t resist the mac and cheese (guilty pleasure)

The food was unfaultable; the service was fast and the staff friendly. I will definitely be back here to try everything else on the menu soon!
