Can you believe it’s been 30 years since the hit movie ‘The Breakfast Club’, well neither can I as I wasn’t born then, BUT I have seen it so know what all the hype is. The Rib Room Restaurant in Knightsbridge pays homage to the film that defined a generation by providing a special 1980’s priced breakfast menu.
Located off glamorous Sloane Street, the chic venue will offer its signature Full English breakfast at a fitting £19.85 per person. The breakfast includes Suffolk back bacon, Cumberland sausages, Portobello mushrooms, black Irish pudding and a buffet with fresh breads, cereals and fruits. The a la carte menu includes options such as Smoked salmon with scrambled eggs (£6.99) or Eggs Benedict (£6.99)
Guests at the ‘Breakfast Club’ events will be able to enjoy their breakfast to the film’s legendary soundtrack. Michele Caggianese, The Rib Room’s Manager, said: “The Breakfast Club is such an iconic movie that we couldn’t miss the opportunity to celebrate its thirtieth birthday in style. We hope our guests will dust off their roller skates and dig out a Ralph Lauren ensemble to make Claire proud and reminisce about the glorious Eighties with this special deal.”
