New Mayfair Restaurant & Cocktail Bar N.A.C. (North Audley Cantine) Now Open…

It’s a busy time for new venues in London this month, with lots of restaurants and bars opening their doors in time for the Christmas season.

Among them is N.A.C. (North Audley Cantine) – a casual French style bistro and cocktail bar – which has opened it’s doors at 41 North Audley Street, London, W1K 6ZP.

The stylish restaurant offers French sharing plates and exquisite desserts – putting their own creative take on traditional dishes. The menu includes Oeuf Parfait with forest mushrooms, Grissini-crusted veal and Macaroni & cheese with truffle, Churros with popping sugar & Profitéroles with salted caramel & ice cream. Sounds delicious.

The dining room is simple and stylish, with whitewashed walls, brown leather seating and industrial touches, making the space a modern yet comfy place to eat. The basement is a little darker and more sophisticated, with wood-panelling, antique mirrored walls and mismatched furniture, perfect for a relaxed cocktail lounge.

N.A.C.’s cocktail list offers creative concoctions such as the Lady Grey: Earl grey infused gin, hints of vanilla and peach, a little lime & Champagne and the BVC: Chartreuse, shaken egg white, a few bitters, lime juice & green sugar.
