Today is ALL about work for me – but in a really good way.
My diary is packed with meetings this afternoon, and then later on I’m seeing a wonderful old school friend who I hope will soon be a part of TLL…watch this space!
Anyway, a day like this will clearly involve lots of running around, so you need something lightweight yet smart, and a big bag to keep the iPad and all that paperwork (and a pair of flats, most likely.)
If money was no object and the shops were my wardrobe, I would be wearing:
Simple, stylish, monochrome; The perfect outfit to take you from afternoon business meetings, to evening wine drinking. I absolutely love it!
Today’s “What I wish I wore…” stockists are:
- Reiss | Cream Aimee Blazer | Was £126, Now £54 | Selfridges
- Maison Boinet | Cream Skinny Leopard Print Belt | £78 | Liberty London
- 3.1 Phillip Lim | Pashli Satchel | £830 | My Wardrobe
- T by Alexander Wang | Black Silk Mesh Playsuit | £271 | Liberty London
- Camilla Skovgaard | Cyclops Ankle Cuff Sandals | £405 | Selfridges
A cool £1638 in total.
Hopefully these meetings make me some money and take me one step further to actually wearing outfits like these…rather than dreaming of them.
What do you think of these choices? Love or hate? Practical, or too much? Let me know what you think!
Have a great day…

Love all apart from the shoes (am sporting a not dissimilar dress today, as you shall see) but those shoes would KILL me.
I love them! But couldn’t wear them all day – I’d have a sneaky pair of pumps tucked away in that lush handbag, for any prolonged walking. Although, if I was rich enough to have this wardrobe…I reckon I could afford a driver too 😉
(Look forward to seeing you later!)
