LONDON LAUNCH: Brasserie Chavot to Open on Conduit Street this Month

London in awash with the news of amazing restaurants opening their doors at the moment, and Brasserie Chavot is set to be one of the best of them.

Eric Chavot to open Brasserie Chavot at the Westbury Hotel, Conduit Street

The new venture from Eric Chavot, who held two Michelin stars for nearly ten years of his career, will be a classic French-style brasserie with ingredients sourced from across the British Isles as well as artisan producers from the rural regions of France. Dishes will include king crab mayonnaise, beetroot salad with pate de tete, homemade choucroute and partridge with cabbage and a stuffing made from the legs. It sounds incredible – and I’m excited already.

Eric, who fell in love with London when he worked here as an apprentice at just 18, said to Hot Dinners

‘It’ll be very reasonably priced for Mayfair. There’ll be a nice long menu – with lunch at around £35 and dinner at £55. No set menu, but there will be specials.’

The restaurant will be located at The Westbury Hotel, and is set to open this month. (We’ll confirm exact dates as we get them).
